Since the handmade nail tips orders are designed for a specific type of nail it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
In case of a design or size mistake, or delivery issues, we will send another sample as soon as possible (not refundable).
But if there is a mistake while choosing, or a change of mind about the size, design or color (which can be different from the pictures) we will not take responsibility. Especially when the sample is damaged when trying it on. There won’t be any exchange or refund.
We are not responsible for missing parcel.
